What we collect

To prepare a booking request we ask for each passenger's name, phone number, passenger type, ID or passport number on cross-border trips, and an optional email address.

Where it is kept

These details stay in your own browser tab while you book. This website does not save them on a server, put them in web addresses, or share them with analytics tools. Closing the tab clears them.

Sending your request

When you continue, WhatsApp opens with a message containing your trip and passenger details. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. After that, the message is handled by Trinity Express and WhatsApp under their own terms.

Bookings and payment

Opening WhatsApp does not book a seat or take payment. A booking is confirmed only when Trinity Express replies to your request.
